Research Objective Abstract

The market operates under the forces of supply and demand. Therefore, the availability of jobs determines the number of opportunities available to people. The case in Ontario Canada contradicts this fact since the region has an acute labor shortage (Uddin, 2014). Consequently, immigrants flock into the country to secure the jobs and live better lives. However, they fail to get jobs due to various factors despite the shortage and their competence. There exist graduate immigrants who fail to get formal employment which forms disguised employment (Uddin, 2014). The study expects to invest significant emphasis on the treatment of female immigrants into the country. Therefore, it will expose the gender-racial bases in the country. The research question is; do the Canadian organizations segregate female newcomers during employment?
