Original Discussion question:
Write a discussion post identifying three of the micronutrients from the readings and identify how they affect the body positively and negatively as well as if and how athletes are affected. To support your ideas and position, make sure to include at minimum one primary (research study) reference per micronutrient. You may use the articles from your critiques (assignment 2). However, feel free to use as many references as needed to support your position.
