Decimals: Within a table column a common decimal place format is to be used Top
line: A double solid line is to be used for the top line of a table
Bottom line: A single solid line is to be used for the bottom line of a table
Heading separator: A single solid line is to be used to separate column headings from numbers
Caption location: The table caption must be placed above the table
Caption label font: The caption label is to be in 12pt font
Caption label line spacing: The caption label line spacing is to be single line spacing Sub
groups: Identification of subgroups with a line is optional
Pooled group: Identification of a pooled group with a dashed line is optional, unless the instructions
to authors specifically request this information.

White space and figure proportions: Figures do not have to fill the entire width of the page.
Figures should be set at an appropriate scale. If this means there is white space on the right
of the page next to the figure that is fine.
Other specifics:
Caption location: the Figure caption can be located either above or below the figure
Caption label font: The caption label is to be in 12pt font
Caption label line spacing: The caption label line spacing is to be single line spacing
Caption label text: The caption label text must not simply repeat the figure title. In general, a
figure title within the plot is not required if the caption label is clear
Top line: A single solid line is to be used to identify the figure boundary
Bottom line: A single solid line is to be used to identify the figure boundary.
